krites — Studio UI Mockups¶

This document contains conceptual design mockups exploring modern, high-end aesthetics for the krites Svelte Studio UI. These designs leverage the official branding palette (Aubergine #392A3B, Muted Gold #C6A24A, Cream #F3ECDF) while pushing the boundaries of what a web-based local application can feel like.

1. The "Pro Dark" Grid View¶

A sleek, professional, and dark-mode driven interface designed to minimize eye strain during massive culling sessions. The main masonry grid sits on a soft Cream canvas, while the surrounding navigation and sidebars are wrapped in the dark Aubergine.

2. The "Pro Dark" Loupe View¶

The single-image review mode plunges the UI into full Aubergine to eliminate color contamination while making critical focus and grading decisions. Features a color-coded filmstrip and a right-hand panel for quick exposure adjustments.

3. The "Light Table" Editorial View¶

A bright, airy, and ultra-minimalist approach. The background is a stark, clean white/cream, resembling a physical photographer's light table. The UI elements are nearly invisible, using translucent glassmorphism panels that float over the photo grid. The aesthetic feels more like a high-end fashion magazine layout than heavy software.

4. The "Immersive Survey" View¶

An entirely immersive interface where the UI completely recedes. This design showcases the "Survey Mode" (The Elimination Game) where 3 similar photos are displayed side-by-side filling the entire screen. There are no sidebars; instead, a single minimalist, rounded floating action bar at the bottom provides voting buttons.

5. The "Floating Inspector" (iPad Pro Aesthetic)¶

Taking inspiration from modern tablet-first creative apps like Procreate or Affinity Photo. The entire screen is edge-to-edge photography with zero rigid sidebars. Instead, the UI consists of fluid, draggable, translucent glassmorphism "palettes" or "pills" containing the culling tools and AI scores. It maximizes screen real estate and feels incredibly modern and touch-friendly.
